Designation: Sales Manager
Location: MG Road, New Delhi
- Greet clients when they come to the store.
- Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish i.e. handling client enquiries, taking client orders, taking clients' measurements online, maintaining logs, frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery and providing after-sales service to the client.
- Managing client queries & providing end-to-end solutions for the same
- Work closely with the production team for gathering updates on client orders, quality checks and timely delivery
- Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & providing dispatch slips to the client.
- Generating daily sales reports and sharing the same with your reporting manager
- Conducting research and developing unique strategies for store sales
- Organise, maintain and update the client database on a regular basis
- Take on specific/ ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as exhibitions, pop-up events, etc
- Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
- Bachelor's degree in fields related to design
- 2-4 years of work experience in a Store
- Experience working with a Fashion house/brand
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of inventory stocking procedures
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of customer service

- Organisational skills
