Shipping In India:

Shipping is chargeable on all orders.

 

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide.

No cash on delivery available for domestic or international orders.

 

Taxes and Duties:

For Indian clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

Payments:

To confirm and place an order, full payment is required in advance. If the advance amount in not paid within the mentioned time period, then the order stands to be put on hold or cancelled.
Advance amount paid by the customer is non refundable.

All payments made, against the purchases/services on surabhichopralabel.com, by the client shall be against the MRP displayed on the website. This shall be done under the adopted and applicable terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services. Prior to shipping the order to the client, team Surabhi Chopra Label may request the client to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by him/her for his/her purchase. This procedure is followed to ensure that a secure online shopping environment is created for customers.

Surabhi Chopra Label may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for payments on the website. The electronic transactions initiated through third party facilities, employed through Surabhi Chopra Label website, may be undertaken at one’s sole discretion. While availing any of the payment method/s offered by team Surabhi Chopra Label, kindly note that team Surabhi Chopra Label is not liable or responsible of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

  

Delivery:

Surabhi Chopra Label endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Surabhi Chopra  fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. The Company is not liable for any delays due to natural calamities, national holidays, courier services etc.
